While there have been dramatic changes in technology and in the way people search for homes, there has been very little structural change within the real estate brokerage industry. The realtor associations, and their affiliated MLS boards, still enjoy an overwhelming share of todays market activity. The marketing reach of the MLS is fairly uniform regardless of the brokerage used to market a property. The listing is distributed throughout the MLS system and affiliated marketing channels like Realtor.com, WiHomes.com, and Trulia.com, as well as to broker and other websites which display listings from the MLS.
Not a "Limited Service" Listing!
Unlike some other flat fee or discount brokers, our package includes negotiation and representation for a commission upon sale of only 0.5% and the listing is not tagged as a "limited service" listing within MLS.
With the Homefront LLC flat fee marketing service, the home seller can offer a co-broke commission within MLS to all brokers working with buyers. The most common co-broke commission within the metro Milwaukee area is 2.4%. The home seller is also free to sell "by owner" in which case no co-broke commission would be due.
